So, how old is everyone supposed to be?

I'm not certain about the others, but Minmei we're given a clue about when the narrator mentions it being her sixteenth birthday aboard the SDF-1. When they make it back to Earth, Rick mentions that it's "only been a year" since they've been afloat.

So we can estimate that Minmei is maybe 15^1/2 years of age at the beginning, 16 at her birthday, and maybe 16^1/2 by the time they make it back to Earth before being sent on mission back to space.

Actually I was able to find some info, granted it's by no means authoritative as it is in regards to an RPG. They seem to be fair estimates.

Lisa 24 at start, 28 by end (so she's already got 5 years on Rick when they first meet)

Well, if this accurate, I was right about Ben.

Yeah, Roy's threw me off as well. Unless it is counting his age as prior to where Macross saga begins, and say starts it with his direct involvement with the SDF-1?

Although, it says he's only there for 2 years...
Rick is listed as 4 years...
