Robotech.com seems to be back up (mostly). I was able to log in a couple of times this morning, though I had to redo my password. The site seems to have a bug with the forums though. I was able to post in the forums, but the posts wouldn't appear on screen.

I tried to redo my password but never got the reset email.

i am in so its back but most threads are locked

I suspect that it's due to the site being off-line for several weeks. But you can post new threads. I've posted a couple of them already.

Bloody hell now work has upgraded its "surfprotection" and I cannot access the main site

i can log in on my phone then go to the forums and i am logged out. Pain in butt!

As many of you know, Robotech.com had some security issues. In an effort to keep people informed, I'll go ahead and create this thread. Merge parts of existing ones, and update as necessary. Any discussion not appropriate to the subject will be deleted. Let's keep it civil.

We are sending out a mass email with temporary passwords and links to reset the password to a new one. Some people are experiencing glitches but we are working to get it solved soon.

We immediately closed down account logins and hired professional security consultants to make updates to our website to protect our users. To safeguard against compromised accounts, we have randomized and reassigned everyone's passwords and are mailing them out to you.

We strongly urge you to follow safe password practices by not sharing
passwords or using the same password for different accounts. If you have, we suggest you take the time to change all related passwords.

In the meantime we have also reported this incident to the FBI's Cyber Crimes unit.

We apologize to all our members for the inconvenience over the past few
weeks and are working to set things right for the future.

We strongly urge you to follow safe password practices by not sharing passwords or using the same password for your email accounts. If you have, we suggest you take the time to change the passwords on your email accounts.

i got the email to change and got on there and made 3 posts so has it shut down again?

Yeah got email from Tommy about the mass reset email but have not got it yet. >_<
