Battlecry Super posables question. was created by Richardmvela

I was thinking of buying up the Battlecry Super Posables with the fast packs built on. My question is, are they better than the regular Robotech Super posables without the Fast packs, and how do they stack with the vinyl Zentraedi battle pods? I was hoping to put them in a glass case with the Battlepods to get a battle feel.

I actually just sold off my whole collection of Super Poseables to a collector in Argentina. I actually opened them before shipping to save the buyer on the crazy shipping charges of the USPS and compared to the non-fast pack versions, the figures seem the same in terms of quality and durability which for both series was surprisingly good. The only problem is that some of the fast pack backpacks fall off too easily as they don't "click" into place. Not sure how they would look next to the vinyl Battlepods as I don't believe they're exactly 1/100 scale like the Battlepods but I'm sure they would look good as a display.

I was reffering to the non transforming super posables, just in case anyone got confused. So that may help bro.

The non-transforming ones were what I was talking about. I think the transforming veritechs from Toynami look horrible though the picks of the VT-1 and VE-1 give me hope.

I was under the impressions that the fast packs were part of the figure not snap ons?

That's what I thought too. They're not really snap on either though in regard to the back packs. The armor isn't supposed to come off but immediately after opening 2 battloids, 1 back armor fall off of each. When you see how it's made, the armor pack just has an arm which attaches to the backpack of the battloid through a hole in the battloid backpack. I think the factory just didn't use enough glue. Still, I hope you're not buying from amazon as the dealer's price on their site is ridiculous. I sold my set of 5 for about $30 on ebay which sucked and I know you can find deals on ebay just as good if not better if you're just patient.

They're quite a bit out of scale:
IMO, the battlepods are even a little too small for the 1/100 Valks.

Looks like non-transforming Revoltechs might be more to scale. You wouldn't happen to have those toys for comparison pics would you rtsurfer?
