I so hope the prequel will go well for The Thing.And I am glad they got rid of the writer who wanted to make MacReady's brother at the "swedon's" oops I mean Norweigens camp.That would be silly.

When they were watching the old footage of when the Norges found the UFO it got me hyped to know what happened.The PS2 game of the Things takes you back to the camp and if John Carpenter stays true to the game canon then I got an idea.

Still can't wait tho.

The game is scary but if you arm the right people with the right weapons then you will lose some fear.Because I think the game gave ideas what happened around the Noregians camp and you read more notes.

If I was correct The Thing game was a canon sequel according to John Carpenter because he wanted to do a movie back then but decided to go the game route.The game was I think 6 weeks later after The Thing.

The game freaked me out when they found Childs dead but MacReady was gone.Finish the game and you folks might see what happened to him.
