Obscure Japanese Movies was created by Thoth-Amon
I thought by listing some Japanese (live action) movies that I own or have seen, you might give some input of stuff I might like to watch.
Tetsuo:The Iron Man...this is a film by Tsukamoto Shinya I love this film. lots of stop frame and shot in black and white. this movie has a "David Lynch" style...watched it 3 times before I understood the full story.
Tetsuo II:Body Hammer
A snake in June...Another Tsukamoto Shinya film.
Versus...A Ryuhei Kitamura film the best way to describe this film is three words(Samurai, Guns, Zombies)
Audition...A Takashi Miike film Psycho babe movie.
Shinobi...Not so obscure but good movie.
Devilman...Bought this one at Wizard con. good cgi but not that great of a movie.
Love-Zero=Infinity...a Hisayasu Sato film. Weird.
Japanese Hell...A Tamoki Yanagida film. Cheap props but I liked the movie over all.
