The only cartoon that actually stuck with me was NASCAR Racers.

Star Blazers was the first that I really got into.

I liked Battle of the Planets, too...but it seemed somehow...muffled.

Same with Voltron.

As for American cartoons, there's a lot of stuff I remember WATCHING, but not much I remember LIKING.
