New Top Cat 3D Movie Comes Out Of Nowhere was created by Lobizon
Did you know there was a big screen version of Hanna Barbera’s Top Cat in the works? That it was going to be in 3D? That it is due for release in September?
A Little Bleeder supplied me with these two posters for the film. If you look, you can see that the movie will be a co-production between Anima Estudios and Illusion Studios , though neither of those companies appear to have made any reference to it on their websites.
Mysterious.
Now, of course, this Argentian production will be in Spanish*, but if this doesn’t get a dubbed release in the US, and even the UK, I’ll eat the contents of Top Cat’s trashcan. And that’s not a euphemism.
It’s been a long time, Benny the Ball, and I’ve genuinely missed you.
