Toei Plans CG Captain Harlock was created by Lobizon
Toei Animation has announced that it has completed a pilot for its planned computer-graphics remake of Leiji Matsumoto and Toei's Space Pirate Captain Harlock manga and anime franchise.

Okay...Gaiking looks cool, but this, I'm not sure about. Hand-drawn Harlock is awesome, CG Harlock...I dunno...

Tochiro and Miime didn't make an appearance in the presentation I hope they do make an apparance in the movie.
There wasn't any indication as who she is.
My guess would be a young Emeraldas (before the scar and her own ship) or a completely new character.
