That's the Dark Heroes fan dub; they're the ones who did the DYRL fan dub. It was separated into 3 parts on You Tube but Bandai forced YT to ban part 1. It's really good and if you have a Veoh account you can download the video.

That's the mystery.. Even Dark Heroes director Hikuro doesn't no why. Actress & singer Cristina Vee plays Ranka; she was also Minmay in the DYRL dub. The voices for Alto & Sheryl are really good too. Only episode 1 was dubbed.

Interesting...better than most fandubs, although the music overpowers the voice over at parts. Other than that it doesn't seem much different from professional dubs. *shrugs* Maybe that's just because I rarely watch dubbed anime.
