VINTAGE CLASSIC; 1985 BANDAI 1/72 HCM VF-1J was created by Tasuke

got this for about $65 shipped, for parts for my first HCM VF-1J i had paid $150 for some years ago;

turned out, that this one, despite broken head lasers, was in far better shape overall, all but mint, in fact,
including nice, tight sparingly-used joints throughout. my first HCM's intact head unit was moved over to the newer body,
and i took the opportunity to do a new detailing job with fresh TAMIYA COLOR, a set of ultra fine paintbrushes i recently got hold of,
and some spare VF-1 decals i had tucked away;
