at last something i can really relate to, the mass marketing of candy to teens, So far, Disney has not missed a beat with the marketing of Hannah. In my endless hours of shopping to see just how popular Hannah is i have found only one mass market item that i have not see her picture on. Come on, she even has a magic 8 ball!!! I tend to believe with Disney's continuence to market all disney figures/live and animated they are attempting to get more sales at the candy stores in the park, I do not see this as local store item, based on the packaging style. Disney did this with Belle,Cars,Toystory so why not Hannah? Personally i will wait to see if this comes to the local discount store,

I know! she and the HSM cast are on everything you could think of. I was at wal-mart the other night and I saw loads of merchandise Disney really likes to milk their franchises dont they? And they're trying to turn all their stars into singers to make more money. And believe it or not, but it all started with Hilary duff, once they realized how popular she became when she got into the music industry, they tried to persuade all their stars to do the same.
disney is just an evil corporation...
and worst of all, Nick is starting to become just as bad.

Yes, Hillary Duff, did make money for Disney, however Hillary much to her credit does alot of charity donations something i have not seen come from Miley. Hillary, for the last several years has a charity auction of all her clothes for the fans to buy. What I am seeing from Miley is buy, buy this and that and oh wait, that too. Come on, tickets to Miley's 16th birhtday party at disney is 250.00 per person. Maybe I am cheap but you pay 250.00 for your child to go to disneyland to get a glimse of Miley? Maybe for her Dad I might, however I have seen him before and 15th row tickets at the fair cost me 10.00.
What amazes me the most is the first real child star of Disney didn't reap the financial rewards that todays stars do. (annette funicello)
