Title: Merchandising and a New Writer?

Episode Notes: Robotech.com today announced a new merchandising deal between Harmony Gold and Warner Brothers, at the same time word came that British writer Tom Rob Smith is the newest to pick up the Robotech script quill. Except...they didn't. The Robotech.com announcement is a repeat of word from ComiCon in July, and I didn't notice that the date on the article about the new Robotech writer was from early June. (I had gotten a Google News Alert with a German article trumpeting it as exclusive news today.) Still, they're new to me, and since it's been 15 months since I did my last show, they still count as "new developments" as far as I'm concerned. What does all this mean? Harmony Gold's Kevin McKeever will be with us tonight to tell us! Tell your friends, tell your neighbors: Space Station Liberty is back! (Though whether this will be a constant thing or just one-time-only is too soon to say.)
