I came into this thread not entirely sure who I'd pick for Rick Hunter. Remember, he'll be the lead actor...so you can't pick some simple pretty boy who looks like him.

I have to admit I think Justin Long is a damn good choice. He's aloof enough when needed, but can turn on some serious acting when it calls for it (see the darker scenes of Jeepers Creepers).

He can easily carry a full movie as the lead role too. That'd be a great choice.
