Why are you guys using a DYRL picture for your podcast?

Doesn't that mean you're, like, secret Macross Purists or something?

It's a long time RT Fan tradition to use post BigWest Tatsunoko Pro original series art work and animations for promoting RT via fans.

The biggest crime of all is they probably have no idea who the artist is that drew it. I guess that's a good thing because RT fans can't pronounce Japanese names let alone simple shortened titles like Mospeada. Want proof, listen to the podcast.

Undeniably true, but still...that ain't a TV show Valk, it's Hikaru's VF-1A from DYRL.

Heh, I noticed that too..."Mospee-ada." Oh well, at least it's better than "Morsapedia" or "Studio Noo."

Seriously? I've read all 5 novels in that arc, and the only single macross-y thing were larger humanoids!

Next we'll have claims that Macross/Robotech was solely based on the history and actions of the CVE-77 in '43-45! There's even a Mr. Hayes as a crew member, OMG!!!

If you were a big fan of Hogan you'll known that the only two Macrossy bits are from the novel Migration, and his science paper on alternatives to nuclear power, including the Peat fueled Sterling engine.(Although that was during his 'crazy Dr. Emitt Brown' days.)
