WHAT IS TEKKOSHOCON?
Tekkoshocon is the largest anime convention in the Pittsburgh Metro Area. Tekkoshocon offers video rooms, anime music video contest, masquerade / cosplay contest, hall cosplay, panels on a various of related topics, workshops, Dealers' Room, Art Show, Artists' Alley, dance, model contest, concerts, anime game shows, and video gaming . The convention's name is a blend of the Japanese word tekkosho, meaning steel mill, and convention.

WHEN IS TEKKOSHOCON?
Tekkoshocon will be held on March 31st – April 3rd, 2011.
WHERE WILL TEKKOSHOCON BE LOCATED?
Tekkoshocon is located in downtown Pittsburgh, PA, at the Wyndham Grand Hotel (formerly the Pittsburgh Hilton). This newly renovated hotel is situated downtown, directly across from Point State Park at the confluence of Pittsburgh's three rivers. Tekkoshocon occupies the convention rooms on the first and second floor, and the proximity to Point State Park allows for excellent photographic opportunities.

HOW CAN I REGISTER?
The cost to pre-register for the convention is as follows.
$40 for regular badges until 4 January 2011
$60 for premium badges until 4 January 2011
$45 for regular badges 5 January until March 11
$65 for premium badges 5 January until till March 11
