Harmony Gold in association with the Rocky Mountain Animation Association are pleased to announce that the Robotech Convention Tour will be returning to Nan Desu Kan (NDK) in Denver, Colorado the weekend of September 10-12, 2010! For the past 13 years, NDK has served the Rocky Mountain anime community by providing a safe, friendly environment for people of all ages to enjoy Japanese animation and culture.
ROBOTECH GUESTS:
Tommy Yune - Director of Robotech: The Shadow Chronicles
Steve Yun - writer of Robotech: The Shadow Chronicles
Chris Patton - English voice of Macross' Maximilian Jenius
EVENT LOCATION:
Denver Marriott Tech Center
4900 S. Syracuse Street
Denver, Colorado 80237
Telephone: 303-779-1100
www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/dentc-den...marriott-tech-center
PRE-REGISTRATION:
All pre-registration badges are for the full weekend. Full-weekend badge prices vary based on the date you register. Badges are their cheapest if you pre-register at NDK for the following year's convention. Registering just after the convention is also very inexpensive. Waiting until the last minute (in this case, August 15) will still net you a healthy discount, but not as large of one. If you wait to register at the convention itself, you'll have to pay full price.
The price to pre-register (before Aug. 15th) is $45 USD
You can pre-register for the convention at:
ndkdenver.org/registration/online
AT-THE-DOOR REGISTRATION:
You can always purchase a full-weekend or single-day badge from the friendly NDK registration staff at the convention itself; just go to the NDK registration desk, located just north of the hotel registration desk. The registration desk opens between noon and 2:00 PM on Friday, but you may want to arrive early to get a good place in line.
The cost to register at the door is:
Full weekend - $50 USD
Single-day badges may be purchased at the convention for a price of $30. They are not available for pre-registration.
MORE INFORMATION:
More information on the convention can be found at the Nan Desu Kan website.

We look forward to meeting all of fans from the Mile High City at NDK this September!

Ah, yes...a good time was had by all. Sitting in the crowd and listening to Rebecca Forstadt (Reba West) talk during the Robotech panel on Saturday was kinda freaky...it was like Minmei was, literally, in the room and speaking to us. Then there was Barbara Goodson (Marie Crystal) in attendance, as well. Robotech represented well this year. The only thing missing was Zormaster and his impressive collection/knowledge...
