I've always wanted to get a VF-1J Rick/Hikaru w/GBPS Armor. Unfortunately it's quite pricey. There really is nothing better than missile spamming.

I think it's a Macross piece, not a Robotech piece.

I think it's an awesome piece. I wish I was able to own a Valk when I was a kid. I got to play with a Jetfire once but that was it.

That is an AWESOME set! I love how it shows their characters on the front. Something about it really captures the feel of Macross/ Robotech to me.

Lol I only got to play with Jetfire once too. It was my neighbors cousins toy and it was so cool holding it in my hands. But then he left and so did it, never to be played with again :(

I'm 31 now and I still cry on the inside about it. All RT/Macross B.S. aside, I think the best toy out there now is the Yamato 1/48's. The size and detail are awesome.

The old 1/55 molds from the 1980's will always be classic just not the best.

I also like Jetfire!!
In fact the only way for us Robotech fans to play with a Valkyries in the 80's was to own a Jetfire. It wasn't till the 90's I found a toy shop that carried the Takatoku Valkyries.
I do like the 1/48 version, the detail is awesome but the 1/55 version started it all! Here is a pics you guys might like!
A blast from the PAST!!
