Well first of all I wold like to say thank you for allowing me to become a member. I met the founders ( I believe that's who they were...LOL) at last years San Diego Comic-Con(I'm still working to see about the availability of a bigger booth, but it is very hard to come by) I myself have been working at the con since 1988 and have been a fantic of Robotech since it early start in the 80's. I collected the comics and from there I have tried to collect everything possible ( that I could afford at the time). It is so awesome to see so many members who also enjoy something that I also hold dear. Again thank you, hope to get to know everyone, and that nore people come to know and love Robotech as much as we do. take care everyone.

They have a Guest Relations booth at Comic-con?

Yes they have a Guest Relations Booth. We accomodate the artist who come in for thier panel, and to promote any work that they may have. I have had the opportunity to attend to such artist as Eduardo Risso, who illustrated the comic book 100 Bullets, he flew in form Argentina, Max Brooks ( Mel Brooks Son)who is the author of The Zombie Survival Guide, a book published in 2003 (ISBN 1-4000-4962-8). The book explains, in tongue-in-cheek fashion, how to survive an impending zombie apocalypse. The book touches on what it describes as pop cultural myths about zombies, and I also had the opportunity to help Ben Templesmith, who illustrated the comic book 30 days of night and also was co-creator of the movie of the same name. Still waiting to see if i get Tommy Yune, Tobey Maguire, Lawrence Kasdan (They are producing the live film) or any of the famous voice actors. See you at this years Robotech panel at the con, they should be talking about Robotech: Shadow Rising.
