Yeah I hear you on that. The mask doesn't help when I'm already short of breath so I take it off as soon as I exit the store.

Yep,finally get i paid holiday

That's good. Also relieved the temperature has gone down some. I don't like waking up cold but I also hate not being able to sleep when its humid.
Also one of my teeth broke on some candy and I swallowed the damn piece too.

Seen any good movies lately? I've been watching this BBC series called "Humans" but the story is getting kinda blah so now I'm watching Finding Bigfoot for shits and giggles.

Not really,but theirs a lot to stream though.

In other news had to buy a new blood pressure cuff since the old one was not automatically deflating as it should. This new one is an automatic wrist cuff so its actually easier to deal with. Only problem is the bird hates the noise it makes so I have to be careful when I use it so he doesn't get upset. I think the noise reminds him of the vaccuum or something idk he's a weird ass bird. My BP and heart rate is all over the place though. Got a telehealth appointment coming up next week so maybe I need to be put on a different medication idk.
