I suppose so but when I get to sleeping like that it becomes more difficult to wake up. If it weren't for ice coffee I'd never be alert again without some kind of drug. And I'm already fed up with this telehealth bullcrap because of the virus. I have to be diagnosed over the phone or computer. My doctor thinks part of what might be going on with me is heart failure so now I have to watch my blood pressure and use Mike's old cuff for myself to monitor it.

I guess heart failure sounds about right given all the immense stress and trauma I've endured. I don't think anyone's heart can survive unscathed through that.

In other news I'm pissed because I can't find my water pills and have no idea where I could have placed them. I got a million pill bottles sitting on the shelf above my desk and its not even there so wtf? I guess I have to order more now.

Nope I tore this entire room apart looking for them and nadda, but its okay because I found some on amazon that can be delivered tomorrow. just have to get through tonight. I've been drinking my ice coffee since its a diuretic and laying down and elevating my legs from time to time for some relief.

I was only panicky because of how bad the fluid retention was last night and I was scared of it getting into my lungs. I'm not ready to die just yet still a lot more I want to do before my time is up.

Likeing the early morning hours no one to bug me

I swear bread is my worst enemy these days, but with me having to limit protein I never feel full unless I eat something with bread. The humidity isn't helping either. It's worst during the night but that's the only time I can smoke since I refuse to open any windows during the day.

Little by little I'm keeping this place up, but oh god the memories. If I didn't distract myself I'd probably go insane lol. I just miss that man so much. What even is this life?

I also see this place has become overrun with spam bots. if either sighup or memo want, I can deal with it since I'm one of the only active members anymore and of course with AB being gone.
