How about this guy for Roy? His presence is pretty good and has the looks for it.

I definitely like your choice! Now had this been a few years earlier...I always had envisioned for Roy Fokker;

Stand up comedian aside, I always thought his look was perfect for "Big Brother", but I like your choice too Sigh.

Actually Leary's personality might be more appropriate for Roy, but he never came off as being of Irish decent. Which is why I think given Eckhart's character range would suit better. But that picture you put up Zen is total Roy!

You're probably using the "quick reply" button and not the "reply" button which shows you all the options. Once you click on "reply" you're given a couple options under the text box.

"select image file to attach" click on the "Choose File" button. Once you selected your picture click on the tag button or place one where you would like the image to appear.[img] tag button or place one where you would like the image to appear.

Arron Ekhart is an interesting choice. I like it if the movie was coming out in the next 2 years... however I think because the movie might be delayed longer.. perhaps he may be a little too old for Fokker.

Leary, now I never would have thought about him... cool pick. But I feel the same as far as his age.


Personally I think the Robotech movie should have a majority of unknown or fresh faced actors. Too many big name actors could actually hurt the picture. I can see maybe having one or two well known actors to "anchor" the cast, and Roy's character could be one of them.That being said... my fantasy pick would be Ryan Reynolds... Currently he is 34 years old... and even if delayed for another 5 years he would still be in his 30's and may still look young enough. He's physically fit and has the build for Roy, and has the "sex appeal" that would fit Roy when it comes to women in the audience. He is a well known actor yet his "star power" wouldn't overwhelm the story like other actors with a lot of "Hollywood baggage" could.

No more Van Wilder in action movies please! He can stick to movies like the one he did with Sandra Bullock. I just don't see him as an "action" actor.
