Okay so while looking at info from the recent JI Joe collectors convention I found this photo:


it's due outnext year and is a next gen excelerator suit with transforming motorcycle.

If those MPC cyclones are too expensive for you yhis is a good option!

THIS STILL BEING MADE?

Last I heard it was still a go. I hang out on a couple of different GI Joe Websites and there haven't been any rumors of it being cancelled. Granted, that's not exactly a guarantee, but it looks like it will be.

WELL, LET SEE HOW THAT ONE PAYS OUT.

NICE BIKE. BUT LOOKS TO ...LOOSE. WHAT THE FANS THINK OVER THERE? DO THEY EVEN KNOW WHAT IT RESEMBLES? THE TOYS DO LOOK QUITE DIFFERENT.

WHEN I SAW THE ACCELERATORS IN G.I.JOE MOVIE I THOUGHT IT WAS JUST LIKE THE CVR AND ALL WAS MISSING WERE THE BIKES. THEN THE TOY COMES.

Not to shaby...not sure it is up there with the modab 5, cyclone or motoslave from bubblegum crisis. But I will say it puts a twist on the whole gi goe thing. It makes me wonder it if would have made better sence for gi goe to have gone a bubblegum crisis rout rather then the one they did.

Or gi joe could have went mor the rout of a.d. police. Wanting to come out with cool thing like this are nice but they need to have the proper place in the show for them. So cobra haveing tranformitable bike's and other light mecha would be cool. But gi joe would have to have heaver mecha to make it all work in sink.

Keep in mind we would be taking about Megazone 23, Gall Force: earth chapter, Bubblegum Crisis and things along that line. I not saying that it needs to be full scale or anything like that but would would have made more sents then the halo suits. Now look at the motor bikes. If they wanted to go hi tech then they should have just done it all the way.

Everything still could have stayed on earth. Cobra still could have fallen in to the gun's for hire, terrorist or what ever else they would have like to have made them out to be. But your going to go all they way on this then go all the way. Hell if it turns would to be a kind of exo- squad style then so be it.

THE ACCLERATORS ALREADY HAD THEIR OWN ATTACHMENTS. PLUS THEY COULD GO THROUGH BUILDINGS, TRAINS, AND AVOID ROCKETS WITH SIMPLE DANCE MOVES.
